The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. 

I. Responsibilities

• Design and execute all-inclusive marketing strategies by the organization’s business plan, with a prime focus on digital marketing, particularly search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), to increase brand awareness and sales performance;
• Manage marketing projects, from the planning stage to implementation and performance evaluation;
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns by utilizing key performance indicators and market feedback;
• Propose and implement measures for improvement based on the analysis of collected data and information;
• Manage and develop the marketing team, including Digital Marketing, Communication, and Design to achieve the set goals;
• Coordinate and work closely with the Sales Manager, BOD to make recommendations and plans to enhance business activities;

II. Qualifications

• Hold a University in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus;
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Manager, strong SEO - SEM;
• Visionary with a data-driven mindset. Not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands-on in nature;
• Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing ( strategy, content marketing, SEO, SEM, business development, product);
• Experience in technology, and the e-commerce industry in international markets is a plus;
• Having English skills is a plus;
• Strong project management, people management, and leadership skills;
