Control Material master:
• Build up the list of good/raw material on the system to systemize products code.
• Materials Delivery to Operations: monitor the ordering, receipt and delivery of materials to Production and provide guidance where necessary.
• Controls review status material return to vendor and material pending (not have decision to action)
Control purchase price variance (PPV):
• Controls PPV to avoid over standard cost, and lost benefit.
Working with planner and suppliers:
• Develops new sourcing plan and have a purchasing strategy to ensure enough materials, packaging, in time service as business requirements
• Controls all import activities about to meet supply requirement and alignment with business ethics and legal compliance
• Checks quotation and negotiate with supplier to get the best price and review contract
• Controls Po order: ensure PR must have Po on time and enough quantity, correct price
• Performs any duties as assigned and report to Supply Chain Director directly
Saving cost:
• Transits cost, inventories cost, risk cost: long lead-time, long transit time
• Controls sample, price to set new source
