Mô tả Công việc
- Manage contract and lease agreement data to meet the rapid growth needs of the Group's business, including but not limited to verification of original contracts and information in the contract management system, confirmation and entry of contract data, digital processing of contracts, and contract data analysis.
- Conduct compliance work related to leasing data regulations, including compliance response, implementation, training, and knowledge management to protect the Group's data property rights, promoting effective flow and utilization of data information.
- Participate in the Group's leasing data compliance risk control, assist in the review and standardization of data compliance matters, analyze the root causes of risks, and provide management improvement suggestions.
- Assist in collecting and researching new legal regulations and industry policies, providing risk analysis and preventive measures to align with the Group's business development.
- Ensure timely checking of contract data and handling of legal matters related to contract anomalies.
- Manage the effectiveness of legal affairs within the corresponding centers/departments.
- Effectively handle lease agreement data and ensure its accuracy and compliance.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: College degree or above. Major: Finance and Accounting (Audit), English major, law or related fields.
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Accounting qualification is preferred.
- Familiar with national financial systems, financial regulations, and accounting systems, with high sensitivity to data and ensuring reliability and accuracy of calculated data.
- Knowledge of legal matters (review points for various types of contracts, contract document management, familiarity with contract law, company law, and related laws).
- Understanding of the retail model in the sports goods industry, supermarket operations, and commercial promotion.
- Proficient in data analysis, responsible for the timeliness and authenticity of contract data reports from various units.
- Proficiency in EXCEL, OFFICE, PPT, and other software.
- Ability to handle lease agreement data accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in English, Vietnamese and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams in China and local teams across Southeast Asian countries ( mainly for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines)
