In this role, you will be more than just a recruiter; you will be a Strategic Partner, collaborating with leadership to build a high-performing team ready to conquer future goals.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the full recruitment cycle (Commercial, Back-Office, and Tech) from needs identification until candidate onboarding.
• Create content (Content, Photo, Video) and manage channels to develop the Employer Brand (EB).
• Proactively source potential candidates across multiple channels.
• Participate in and implement projects to enhance candidate experience and optimize the TA process.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: 2+ years of practical experience in Talent Acquisition or as an HR Generalist in the Service/Trade industry.
• Experience in recruiting for Technology (Tech) positions; if not, must show potential and willingness to learn (will be assessed during the interview) is Plus.
• Possess basic ability to create visual content (writing PR content, simple photography/filming and editing of photos/videos) to support Employer Branding efforts.
• Communication: Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and quick-witted communication (Good Communication) skills, capable of persuading across different levels.
• Personality: Proactive, honest, straightforward, capable of multitasking, hard-working and willing to put in the effort.
