RESPONSIBILITIES

Vulcan Labs is one of the largest publishers on the iOS and Android platforms. We continuously develop and publish mobile applications focusing on new technologies such as AI on the way to conquering globally.

As a BOD Assistant in our team, you will:

- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the BOD and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Content Creation: Craft ideas and produce social media content, with an Act as a liaison and provide support to the BOD: range and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the BOD, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Communications, Partnerships:
Ensures that the BOD's bio is kept updated and responds to any requests for materials regarding the BOD and the organization
Edits and completes first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders
- Other tasks according to directly the BOD’s assignment (Such as Organizing itineraries; Conducting and preparing any research that’s for report.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development,...
- Mobile application development or Marketing background is a plus.
- Familiar to Google workspace/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excelling proficiency in English
- Highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter, confident, strong-initiative, and ability to work with little guidance
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced written and verbal communication skill.
