Vulcan Labs is one of the largest publishers on the App Store and Android platforms. globally. We continuously develop and publish mobile applications focusing on new technologies such as AI on the way to conquering globally.

As Head of Engineering in our team, you will:

• Understand product vision and business needs to define, develop product requirements and product architectural solutions


• Create high level architectural specifications and address problem of product


• Build and synchronize technology policies, product development procedures , and standards to ensure high product performance (all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility,...).


• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage (AI, etc).


• Lead team to identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions to meet current and future needs


• Forecast technical risks and propose timely solutions

Job requirement:

• At least 05 years experience in building mobile applications, especially with AI product/platform


• Experience in software development and coding in 3 of programming languages (Swift, Kotlin, etc.). Python, Golang are a plus


• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture


• Strong experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure etc.), big data; innovation technology (AI etc.) is a plus


• Experience working with complex software projects, deeply understanding high scalability, high availability, maximizing resource and security solutions


• Strong leadership and problem-solving skill


• Good at algorithms and logical thinking

• HYBRID WORK MODEL & FLEXIBLE WORKING TIME: 3 office days - 2 wfh per week; Flexible working time
• SALARY & BONUS:Additionally to the 13th-month salary, you will have an attractive remuneration package including KPIbonusesand hot rewards for each project. Salary reviewoccurs once annually basedon performance and contribution. Full salary paid during work remotely period
