Mô tả công việc
- You are responsible for handling all Rice Market and Deli beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- You are responsible for maintaining Bar Machinery such as Coffee Makers, Juicers, Blenders etc. in good condition, working properly and reporting any defects to Supervisor
- You control the beverage purchase list to ensure Pav stock levels are up to standard
- You connect with guests by engaging them through meaningful interactions, creating positive and lasting relationships with guests.
- You have extensive knowledge of operations at Regent and elsewhere on Phu Quoc Island, allowing you to make recommendations to guests to optimize the overall guest experience.
- You always strive to make the service run as smoothly as possible by utilizing available resources and systems.
- You are responsible for daily beverage inventory control and ensuring that inventory levels are up to standard in both the front and back of the restaurant.
- You are responsible for meeting HACCP standards and proactively inspecting the hygiene in both the front and back of the restaurant to ensure standards are being adhered to.
- You know the Forbes Travel Guide Standards for Restaurants and Bars and ensure that the team meets these standards at a minimum when serving guests.
- Attention to detail, which is evident through a clean workspace, outstanding service, and well-trained staff.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
- 3 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
- Having knowledge about food safety and hygiene
- Language: Professional English

Cửa hàng PHO24 đầu tiên được khai trương vào tháng 6 năm 2003 trên đường Nguyễn Thiệp Đường đối diện khách sạn Sài Gòn Sheraton. Đến tháng 6/2012, PHO24 đã mở 70 cửa hàng với 70% cửa hàng nội bộ tại TP.HCM, Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Nha Trang, Bình Dương; và 30% cửa hàng quốc tế tại Jakarta (Indonesia), Manila (Philippines), Phnom Penh (Campuchia), Ma Cao – Hồng Kông và Tokyo (Nhật Bản). Bên cạnh món phở nóng tại cửa hàng, năm 2011, Phở24 còn cho ra mắt sản phẩm mì ăn liền Phở24, một sản phẩm tuyệt vời để mang đi, làm món ăn tiện lợi tại nhà, khi đi du lịch hay làm quà tặng. Hiện nay, mì gói hương vị bò đã xuất hiện và nhận được phản hồi tích cực từ phía khách hàng. Loại còn lại có vị gà hiện đang trong quá trình R&D và sẽ ra mắt trong thời gian tới.
