Mô tả công việc
- Issue purchase order (PO) basing on actual demand in MRP;
- Follow up with suppliers to have PO confirmed and shipped as scheduled;
- Ensure no past due PO/ PR; check to combine shipment effectively;
- Follow up on critical items for shortage; execute pull in;
- Push out or cancellation when demand changes;
- Work closely with vendor to make sure everything goes smoothly;
- Work closely with Commodity Manager to make sure all parameters update in system are correct and update changes on time
- Work with quality departments and engineers to ensure we continually develop our supply base and monitor supplier’s performance
- Escalate to higher level to get support on time
- Closely control inventory especially at the month-end and quarter-end
- Coordinate with other depts such as:
- Planner to ensure material arrived on time
- Logistics to check and confirm shipping documents.
- Warehouse to solve receiving issues.
- Fiance to solve payment issues;
- QA/ Engineer to solve material issues/ RTV/MR, and any other issues coming up with the materials
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor degree of BA, Industrial Management or related field
- Primary Language: Vietnamese
- Others:
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Good command of English
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Fresher or at least 1 years of previous materials management experience, or the equivalent training and experience.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Contract: 6 months
- Base salary: 6,000,000 VND - 7,000,000 VND
- Working time: 8:00 - 16:30, from Mon to Fri
- Allowances:
- Transportation 300,000 VND/month
- Accommodation: 150,000 VND/month
- Lunch provided
