Job Description:
- Join the interview with client and prepare meeting minutes to get full understanding of their current business operation, processes, objective, and challenges.
- Participate in preparation of reports, management consulting solutions, technical tasks with guidance from line manager to a high standard and agreed deadlines.
- Assist with preparation, tracking and monitoring of project related documents such as Information request, Meeting request, Meeting questionnaire, etc.
- Contribute to and collate case studies, proposals, best practices, and research from professional sources.
- Support in data analytics task when required in project and other internal works.
- Conduct compulsory administration works, translation, initiatives, commit to proposed timeline to manage multiple tasks.
- With increased experience, begin to execute defined assignments, build knowledge of the business, and deliver a high standard of own work.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in real estate, engineering, data science, business management or related field.
- Previous internship experience in Big 4 or other consulting firms is an added advantage.
- Advance in data analytics tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, etc. and MS Power Point is a plus.
- Having knowledge and experience in Real Estate sector is a plus.
- Excellent command of verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, time management and coordination skills.
- Motivated and committed.
- Client service-oriented and accustomed to taking a proactive approach.
- Must be interested to pursue career in Management Consulting and Real Estate sector.
