Handle the end-to-end recruitment process across various levels and a wide range of technology stacks and skill sets within the Engineering team.
Build and expand a talent pool through existing and new sourcing channels to meet hiring demands.
Stay up to date with IT recruitment trends and align with emerging hiring practices in the market.
Participate in improving recruitment processes and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Solid understanding of the IT industry.
Proficient in using various recruitment channels and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for sourcing and talent acquisition.
Strong recruitment skills: job description creation, candidate sourcing and selection, talent hunting, engaging passive candidates, conducting interviews, and offer negotiations.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.Full 100% salary during probation.
