Job Summary: Take main responsibilities to:
1. Set up and maintain internal rule related to IT and instruct whole employees
2. Implement IT system
3. Manage, operate & improve all IT system, application, equipment
4. Improve business and operation with DX

Job Details:
1. Set up and maintain internal rule related to IT and instruct whole employees
- Make Security Policy with reference to the security policies of Vinamilk and Sojitz Goup
- Make internal rule related to manage of Information, IT equipment and system
- Accoring to IT rules, educate/instruct whole employees and maintein them"
2. Implement IT system
- Support Director to complete all implementation of IT system for JVL(Japan Vietnam Livestock); ERP(Microsoft Dynamics365 Business Component), Farm Management System, Production Management System, Infrastructure
- Review Deliverables and avoid misunderstanding between ralated people
- Make system operational manuals in Vietnamese and train users and/or new employees
- Coordinate internal organization and communicate with IT vendor to operate smoothly"
3. Manage, operate & improve all IT system, application, equipment
- Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements
- Update system operational manuals in Vietnamese and train end users and/or new employees
- Implement and set up IT equipment for each office and employees"
4. Improve business and operation with DX
- Utilize DX(Digital Transformation) to improve business and operation (e.g. fatten cattle efficiently, make high quiality product)
