- Set CCP and develop controlling, monitoring and recording program by collaborating with foreign specialists
- Apply and coordinate with the authority and certification company to obtain Food Safety certificate necessary for meat center operation, as well as verification of global food safeyty initiatives (ISO, HACCP, GLOBALG.A.P., Organic, ...), by collaborating with Project Management Unit
- Implement, monitor the implementation, maintain the conformity of the quality management system (ISO, Global G.A.P., HACCP., Organic, ...)
- Develop, propose plans and implement the quality control of input materials, output products, chemical/biological agents in the entire process and finished products.
- Participate in conduct audits, goods check, compliance, and follow good pratice of instructions and procedures at internal and external facilities
- Report periodly, generally, review and evaluate methods and achievable pratice
- Update new technique, methods of control/testing, evaluate humanpower and applicable ability.
- Update relevant laws, regulations/ TCVN rules or international standards relating to beef and processed beef products.
- Participate in all related training cources relating to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Set up and supervise compliance practice on food safety and occupational safety.
- Manage documents, policies, procedures, operational instructions
- Support in setting technical standards for goods, products as materials and final products
- Determine and procure necessary equipment and tools for test laboratory to implement necesarry check and monitoring
- Other relevant tasks on supply chain operations and delivery.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned by the Company
