Position Description
The People Executive shall be in charge of the operations of compensation & benefit and assigned people-related matters of the Company, and report to the HR Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities and Performance Objectives
C&B Operation
- Maintain the personnel data and records/documentation in softcopy and hardcopy sufficiently and accurately.
- Manage the human resource information system (HRIS).
- Manage C&B operations (timesheet, overtime, bonus, payroll, personal income tax, compulsory insurances, premium healthcare package, labor contracts, on-boarding/off-boarding processes, employment changes, annual health checks, etc.) of the Company.
- Coordinate and launch the evaluation program based on market benchmarking, company situation and appraisal result.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team in budget planning, labor cost management and financial operation.
- Consult employees and leaders in compensation and benefit matters, provide C&B orientation training for newcomers.
- Ensure accurate and timely report submission to the competent government authorities (DOLISA, Taxation, Social Insurance, Hanoi Job Center, etc.).
- Develop, update, implement, and consult internal policies, rules and regulations, collective labor agreements, and documentation.
- Keep tracking on regular reports, market research, data analysis
- Ensure legal compliance and internal policy adherence in all practices.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Perform other works assigned by the line manager.
Admin Operation:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to building operation, office supplies, travel - accommodation and other service management
- Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team in budget planning and payment management
- Coordinate with the ITS team in repairing and maintenance operation.
- Prepare and submit periodical report to the local authorities
- Perform other works assigned by the line manager.

Skills and Experience Required:
- University graduate, majoring in HR is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in C&B.
- Understanding of Labor Law, PIT Law, Insurance Laws, and HR best practices in Vietnam.
- Ability to develop HR-related policies and regulations.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numerical skills, logical thinking, analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, well-organized, result-oriented, and deadline commitment.
- Excellent communication skills, relationship builder, and personal credibility.
- High sense of responsibility in confidential matters.
- Open-minded, creative, adaptable, and with a strong ability to learn
- Good command of English (speaking and writing) is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is highly required.
