II. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for software outsourcing services in target markets.
• Identify, assess, and build strong relationships with potential clients, ranging from startups to large enterprises across sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, education, etc.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process: from identifying customer needs, organizing demos/POCs, preparing proposals, to negotiating and closing deals.
• Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and designers to ensure solution quality and delivery timelines align with client expectations.
• Propose suitable engagement models (fixed price, time & materials, dedicated team, etc.) based on financial analysis, project complexity, and long-term strategy.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing practical insights and sales experience.
• Report business performance to the leadership team on a regular basis and recommend adjustments to strategy when necessary.

III. Skill & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Development role at a software outsourcing company or technology agency.
• Proven track record in successfully closing deals valued at $10,000 or more, with a solid understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum); technical knowledge of web, mobile, or cloud solutions is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with strong market analysis capabilities, pipeline building, and market expansion skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and highly result-oriented.
