The Opportunity

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Lead to join our team in partnership with a leading global communications company. In this hands-on role, you will lead the development and deployment of the OSS/BSS platforms, driving technical excellence across projects. You will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that power global voice and data networks, while enhancing engineering practices and mentoring your team. This role includes contributing to after-hours support on a rotating schedule for production-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the development and deployment of OSS/BSS platforms, ensuring stable, secure, and well-architected solutions.
Improve and mentor engineering practices and agile processes.
Drive technical decisions and solutions for projects, aligning with our target state.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact technical initiatives.
Participate in after-hours support on a rotating schedule for critical platforms.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of Java experience.
Experience with large-scale applications (Spring, Hibernate) and message brokers (ActiveMQ, Kafka).
Experience leading technical initiatives in complex environments.
Expertise in AWS/cloud technologies, CI/CD, automation, and relational databases.
Strong skills in developing and deploying secure, reliable software solutions.
Desirable: Experience with ReactJS, Golang, and Terraform.
Strong English communication.
