Corsair Marine International is seeking a talented Production Assistant cum Translator to join our dynamic upholstery and timber teams. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication and production processes within our organization.
Objectives:
• Provide daily verbal translation support for managers in the Timber & Upholstery department.
• Track material stocks, prepared purchase requests, and coordinate with purchasers and warehouse.
• Update Bill of Materials (BOM) and Work Orders (WO)
• Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) / Material Request (MR)Qualifications:
• Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with inventory management systems and procurement processes. (e.g:GSS)
• Soft Skills: - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to deliver clear and concise presentations.
• Collaborative mindset with strong team coordination skills
• Fluency in English (Written and Oral)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
