- Prepare all related document for export and import shipment such as invoice, packing list, VGM, customs declaration, fill form TSCA, Lacey form

- Prepare documentation, declare, customs clearance for import – export shipments. Ensure accuracy of Customs declaration documentation.

- Work with shipping company for booking reservation; get booking note according on delivery schedule confirmation. Provide, check the export documentation to ensure accuracy, on time.

- Work with the transportation company to arrange container according to delivery schedule.

- Prepare all relevant documents, perform all procedure to get CO for export shipment as customer’s request.

- Work with fumigation company to ensure all export containers are fumigated and get the certification of fumigation end of each month.

- Update and report the situation, data daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.

- Send import - export documents to related department, ensuring accurate and timely.

- Follow up and compare usage norms of imported materials with BOM for each shipment, monthly, yearly and complete liquidation on time.
