Mô tả công việc
- Ensures the smooth running of the rooms division department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels
- Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
- Develops and implements plans where rooms division initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
- Leads and manages the rooms division team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
- Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
- Establishes and delivers effective programs that advance service standards, profitability and cost control
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Yêu cầu công việc
- 2-5 years of demonstrated experience working within a hotel in a guest service-orientated position
- Demonstrated leadership experience to manage the team
- Excellent computer skills and ability to utilize reservation and customer management programs
- Sound financial literacy to be able to work to and contribute to budget preparation
- Has a friendly disposition and excellent customer service skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team and able to communicate clearly
- Shares a passion for the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English.
