Job Description:
1. Application Operations:
- Operate, ensure the company applications to operate stably and continuously.
- Troubleshooting and analyzing matters relate to application, database (MS SQL, DB2, Informix)
- Communicate with application vendors to resolve issues
- Participate in the analysis and development of information technology projects;
- Deployment, training in the use of new software systems, compiling documents.
- System administration and operating software support on platforms Windows, Linux, AIX and VMWare
- Deployment and operations new systems upon request.
2. IT Support
- Manage IT User request
- Receive user requests, keep track and support
Qualification:
- University degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience
- At least 02 years experience in similar position
- Knowledge of one of the data management systems: MS SQL, DB2, Informix...
- Basic knowledge of networks and operating systems
- Having knowledge in securities, finance would be an advantage
- Good communication skills, able to work independently or in a team
- Passionate about researching new technologies
