What You'll Do
As a Senior Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's success. You will be tasked with increasing revenue through both existing and new accounts, creating strategies that deliver on price and product mix objectives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, coupled with your knack for identifying new business opportunities, will be key in this role. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough territory analysis and planning, ensuring that your time is allocated effectively across accounts and customers.
- Increase revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.
- Create and manage territory and account strategies to deliver on price and product mix objectives.
- Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
- Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition.
- Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within territory.
- Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years successful Sales Experience or equivalent with 5+ years Sales Management Experience preferred.
- Skilled in effectively coaching, teaching, and developing solid Sales and negotiation skills within the sales team.
- Expert business acumen; ability to understand short and long-term consequences.
- Excellent customer needs assessment skills.
- Excellent financial skills and business acumen.
