The position
4PL Customs Consultant is a professional who specializes in providing guidance and expertise in customs-related matters to businesses. Their primary role is to ensure compliance with customs regulations and laws while facilitating the smooth flow of goods across borders.
Responsibilities for Custom Inventory Report and related Custom reports:
Review Customs Inventory Report (CIR) data submitted by partners/customers (Import-Export Department).
Develop implementation plans, control data for processing, manufacturing for export (MFE), on-the-spot import-export (OTS).
Reconcile data for processing, MFE, OTS regularly on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Investigate reasons for discrepancies in data after reconciling periodic import-export data, propose solutions.
Archive, advise on archiving data, documents related to explanations of Customs Inventory Report reports as per regulations.
Advise on related transactions for explaining Customs Inventory Report data as per regulations: disposal, scrap sale, return export, sample export, adjustment of discrepancies after inventory checks...
Execute Customs Inventory Report data for MFE, OTS
Prepare for Customs Inventory Report audits, post-clearance audits, coordinate with the Import-Export Department and Customer Accounting for responses when Customs requires explanations from customers.
Update changes in procedures, new requirements from the port transportation agency, relevant authorities...
Recommend risk mitigation strategies and measures to safeguard clients' interests and minimize exposure to liabilities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in customs compliance procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including logistics, finance, and legal teams, to ensure alignment of customs compliance efforts with overall business objectives.

We are looking for:
A strong & proactive character who owns a good sense of emergency to quickly identify & resolve urgent issues.
Preferably with background in relevant fields such as import-export, commerce, international economics, logistics.
In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures.
Extensive experience in equivalent positions and relatively proficient in preparing and executing Customs Inventory report and related Customs reports.
Hard-working; ready to learn new knowledge; be skilled about stakeholder management, multiple-task management.
Have awareness and high responsibility in information security work.
Proficient in Offices Skills, especially Excel.
Able to handle high pressure.
Basic English, desire to develop in an international environment.
Have experience in working with factories/industrial parks is an advantage.

Xây dựng phương án thực hiện, kiểm soát số liệu xuất nhập tồn loại hình gia công (GC), sản xuất xuất khẩu (SXXK), xuất nhập khẩu tại chỗ (OTS)
Đối chiếu số liệu xuất nhập tồn loại hình gia công, SXXK, OTS định kỳ hàng tháng, hàng quý.
Tìm hiểu lý do chênh lệch số liệu sau khi đối chiếu xuất nhập tồn định kỳ, đưa phướng án xử lý.
Lưu trữ, tư vấn lưu trữ dữ liệu, chứng từ liên quan đến giải trình Báo cáo quyết toán Xuất nhập khẩu đúng quy định.
Tư vấn các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến việc giải trình số liệu Báo cáo quyết toán Xuất nhập khẩu đúng quy định: tiêu huỷ, bán phế liệu, xuất trả, xuất mẫu, điều chỉnh chênh lệch tăng giảm sau kiểm kê kho...
Thực hiện số liệu Báo cáo quyết toán Xuất nhập khẩu cho loại hình GC, SXXK, OTS
Thực hiện công tác chuẩn bị cho kiểm tra Báo cáo quyết toán Xuất nhập khẩu, kiểm tra sau thông quan, phối hợp với phòng XNK và Kế Toán Khách hàng để đối ứng khi Hải Quan yêu cầu khách hàng giải trình.
Cập nhật các thay đổi về quy trình, yêu cầu mới từ hãng vận chuyển cảng vụ, các cơ quan liên quan...
Xác định các cơ hội cải tiến quy trình và tính hiệu quả trong thủ tục tuân thủ hải quan.
Đề xuất các chiến lược và biện pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro để bảo vệ lợi ích của khách hàng và giảm thiểu rủi ro.
Phối hợp với các bên liên quan nội bộ, bao gồm các nhóm vận hành, tài chính và pháp lý, để đảm bảo sự liên kết giữa các nỗ lực tuân thủ hải quan với các mục tiêu kinh doanh tổng thể.
We are looking for:
Là người mạnh mẽ và chủ động, có khả năng nhận diện tình huống khẩn cấp tốt để nhanh chóng xác định và giải quyết các vấn đề cấp bách.
Tốt nghiệp đại học / cao đẳng chuyên ngành xuất nhập khẩu, thương mại, kinh tế quốc tế, logistics...
Kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương từ 03 năm trở lên, tương đối thành thạo trong việc tổ chức, thực hiện Báo cáo quyết toán Xuất nhập khẩu
Chăm chỉ và nghiêm túc với công việc; không ngại học hỏi kiến thức mới; có tư duy sắp xếp tổ chức công việc.
Có ý thức và trách nhiệm cao trong công tác bảo mật an toàn thông tin.
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt excel.
Chịu được áp lực cao
Tiếng Anh cơ bản, mong muốn được phát triển trong môi trường nước ngoài
Đã từng làm việc với các nhà máy / khu công nghiệp là một lợi thế
