1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, retailers, and distributors

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

3. Market Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize product offerings and sales tactics

4. Product Knowledge and Promotion
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's product lines and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for the B2B market.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and attract potential clients.
5. Sales Forecasting and Planning
- Assist in preparing accurate sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
6. Logistics and Order Fulfillment
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure that all orders are processed and delivered to clients on time, meeting their specifications and quality standards.
- Manage any logistics-related issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Share market insights and feedback with the team to support continuous improvement and innovation.
8. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all B2B activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to senior management.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and industry trends.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluently in English and Chinese- Salary/Pay: Negotiable based on skills and experience
