Fashion Design Support
Assist in sketching, moodboard creation, and trend/market research.
Prepare CADs, color-ups, and design presentations for internal reviews.
Support the development of new silhouettes, trims, and design details.
Textile & Material Understanding
Research and propose fabrications, finishes, and sustainable material options.
Support fabric library management and material sourcing documentation.
Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility.
Graphic Design & Visual Communication
Create artwork for prints, embroidery, packaging, and branding applications.
Support marketing and e-commerce with visual assets such as lookbooks, social
media visuals, and presentation decks.
Ensure design files, graphics, and assets follow brand identity guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaborations
Liaise with product development, pattern, and production teams to ensure designintent is translated accurately into samples and final products.
Assist in preparing technical packs, design boards, and internal documentation.
Participate in fittings, noting adjustments and updating design files as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Degree in Fashion Design is preferrable.
1–3 years experience in a fashion design or related creative role (internships included)
Strong understanding of fashion design principles, textiles, and garment construction

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of design software (CLO, Browzwear, or similar) is a great plus.
Good sense of typography, layout, and graphic design for multi-channel communication.

Passion for sustainability, innovation, and design craftsmanship.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
