As we transition to a world-class "Factory of the Future," we seek a visionary leader to drive operational excellence, reduce waste, and elevate our lean manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Manufacturing Excellence Initiatives

• Design and implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) programs to optimize production efficiency, reduce defects, and eliminate waste.
• Spearhead Industrial Engineering (IE) projects to refine workflows, standardize SAM/SMV, and maximize resource utilization.
• Establish a Manufacturing Excellence team to oversee Lean, TQM, IE, and Training & Development.

2. Smart Manufacturing Integration

• Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Manager to integrate IoT, AI, and automation into production (e.g., RFID tracking, predictive maintenance).
• Pilot Industry 4.0 solutions (e.g., real-time production dashboards, digital twin simulations) to enhance decision-making.

3. Performance Benchmarking & Cost Control

• Define KPIs for productivity, quality, and cost (e.g., OEE, scrap rate, labor efficiency).
• Achieve annual cost savings of 15–20% through process optimization and waste reduction.
• Partner with the finance team to align budgets with efficiency targets.

4. Culture of Continuous Improvement

• Train and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean principles, root-cause analysis, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Launch an idea incubator program to empower workers to submit and implement process improvements.

5. ERP & Data-Driven Insights

• Leverage WFX ERP to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and forecast capacity.
• Customize WFX workflows to align with Lean practices and real-time monitoring.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Experience

•   8+ years in operational leadership roles within apparel/textile manufacturing, with expertise in denim production (washing, cutting, sewing). 
•   Proven success in Lean/TPM/Six Sigma deployments (e.g., 30% productivity gains, 25% defect reduction). 
•   Hands-on experience with ERP systems (WFX preferred) and smart factory tools. 

2. Technical Skills: 

•   Mastery of IE tools (time-motion studies, line balancing), SAM/SMV calibration, and cost modeling. 
•   Familiarity with denim-specific challenges (e.g., laser finishing, sustainable wash techniques). 

3. Leadership Traits: 

•   Inspirational leader who thrives in transforming shop-floor culture. 
•   Fluency in English and Vietnamese; ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse teams. 
•   Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Master Black Belt) is a strong plus.
