Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives

• Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of **RFID technology** across production, warehousing, and logistics to enable real-time tracking, reduce waste, and enhance supply chain transparency.
• Drive the adoption of **3D design tools** (e.g., Browzwear, CLO) for virtual prototyping, reducing sampling time, and improving collaboration with design teams.
• Develop a roadmap to transition the factory into a **smart manufacturing hub**, integrating IoT, AI-driven analytics, and automation.

2. ERP System Optimization

• Master and optimize **WFX (World Fashion Exchange)**, our ERP system, to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enable cross-departmental collaboration (production, merchandising, finance).
• Customize WFX modules for RFID integration, 3D design data synchronization, and real-time production monitoring.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with production teams to digitize workflows, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools.
• Work with IT to maintain robust data infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols.
• Train and mentor staff on new technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

4. Performance Measurement & Innovation

• Define KPIs for digital initiatives (e.g., 30% reduction in sampling costs, 20% faster time-to-market).
• Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., AI, blockchain for sustainability) and pilot emerging technologies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Experience

•   5+ years in digital transformation roles, preferably in **apparel, textile, or manufacturing**. 
•   Hands-on experience with **RFID implementation**, 3D design tools, and ERP systems (WFX experience is a **strong plus**). 
•   Proven track record in IoT/IIoT projects and smart factory transitions. 

Technical Skills

•   Proficiency in ERP customization, data analytics (Power BI, Tableau), and process automation. 
•   Familiarity with denim production workflows (e.g., pattern making, laser finishing, wash techniques). 

Soft Skills: 

•   Strategic thinker with problem-solving agility in fast-paced environments. 
•   Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams. 
•   Fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
