Quality Assurance: Ensure all denim garments meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
Identify and address quality issues promptly. Investigate the root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
Investigate and address issues related to washing, such as uneven color distribution, excessive fading, or other defects that may arise during the washing process
Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished garments to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform inspections at key production stages to identify and address potential issues.
Testing: Check on tests on denim garments, including color fastness, fabric strength, and seam durability.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
Generate regular reports on quality metrics and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and recommend solutions to enhance product quality.
Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with production teams in both our own factory and subcontract factories to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Training: Provide training and guidance to factory staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Having 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the garment industry, especially with denim products.
Knowledge and understanding of processes.
College or university graduate.
Proficient in English communication.
Able to travel between factories.
