• Receive, analyze the customer's requirement about products: technical document, samples, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Making costing and doing WFX (ERP system for Garment feild) function relation to production.
• Check & make quotation, submit to manager for approval.
• Work directly with customer and solve t issues which related to sample development, quality, delivery.
• Follow up closely the communication, documents, and updated information of products & customer's requirements.
• To follow-up T & A on a regular basis to ensure all sample approvals are done timely.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to feedback, solve the customer's complaint, concerns related to sample quality.
• Coordinated with technical, pattern team and production teams to delivery timely support to planned campaigns.
• Manage sample orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure on time sample delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities.
• Provide advice and suggestions on product design to facilitate cost-saving and enhance product sale.
• Other tasks as required by Manager.

-          Experienced in fabric/trim sourcing is an advantage.

-          Experience on ERP is an advantage.
