Mô tả Công việc

- Responsible for conducting daily checks on machine status, ensuring updates are reflected in the OEE system and shared with the relevant team.

- Daily report top downtime to the Production Manager and Project Leaders.

- Follow up the stock of pending quantities and provide feedback to other departments.

- Review the primary issues recorded by team leaders in the OEE software.

- Follow up and provide updates regarding the Receptacle (resin + recycle), Film Acs, and Film Sharkskin processes.

- Track and report on Cookies data daily and weekly, ensuring updates are made.

- Gather statistics on manpower and report to the Production Manager.

- Follow up and regularly check cycle times and difficulty levels for necessary items.

- Control and double check all changes related to temperature, cycle time, etc. for all items from Project Leader.

- Make and update all SOP, SIC, Motion SOP related to the Mold process for all items.

- Responsible for the making and updating of the PFC-SOP:

• Find out preliminary information regarding items.
• Research relevant data such as drying temperature, drying time, spraying power, cycle time, and mold size, etc.
• Prepare the PFC according to the specified format, then report, check and get confirmation with the Manager, and finally release the documents to the factory.
• Understand the SOP for each item and develop it accordingly.
• Make motion processes.
• Undertake additional tasks as required by the Manager or Supervisor.

- Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City/ Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh

- Working time: Monday to Friday (8.00 - 16.30); Saturday (8.00 - 12.00) & 1 full Saturday off per month.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Work Experience:

- College degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering or related areas.

- Having at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing companies with the same position.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Have a good understanding about labor law, HSE, 6S.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Capable of reading and writing email in English is a plus.

- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

- Capable of working well under high-pressure situations.
