YODEE Vietnam, established in 2018, focuses on mid to high-end, unique, good quality, and affordable mom & baby brands. The team consists of local members who are familiar with the culture, aiming to become the leading marketing and distribution team in the Mom & Baby industry in Vietnam.
Role Description
• Monitor analytics data for running ads on social networks to determine effectiveness, optimize, and change strategies when needed.
• Deploy and manage brand identity in product/service designs and images.
• Report marketing performance results periodically and for each specific campaign.
• Update trends, propose new creative ideas for MKT campaigns.
• Develop ideas, media stories, and product messages according to the company's marketing strategy.
• Implement and supervise the team to write PR articles for the company's brand, products, and services.
• Implement, monitor and manage content (articles, images, videos) on the company's social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Tiktok...)
• Implement Facebook Ads advertising content,...
• Develop ideas for building Fanpage, Instagram to attract interaction, develop content to create brand coverage on social networks.
• Plan brand branding through online/offline event activities.
• Build and effectively operate social channels (Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Live video channel...)
• Coordinate with other departments in promoting, operating and developing all of the company's products.
• Make weekly and monthly reports to superiors.
• Other arising tasks or assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
• University graduate majoring in communications, marketing or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Supervisor position or equivalent.
• Have professional knowledge of Communications and Marketing.
• Understand how major social media platforms operate today (Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Live video channel...).
• Have knowledge about SEO.
• Have good creative thinking and grasp user trends.
• Agile, dynamic, flexible, willing to learn and good teamwork ability.
• Have written and verbal communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
• Ability to present and speak in front of crowds.
• Sensitive to new media trends.
• English: fluent in 4 skills of listening - speaking - reading - writing.
• Chinese: being able to communicate is an advantage.
