• Source the alternative commodities and procure all the machining, production tool, packaging… materials to support the manufacturing operations in Vietnam.
• Focus on localization and cost saving as one of majority goals of purchasing tasks.
• Cooperate among PIC, Production, and other support function to optimize the cost of operation and product and services availability.

1. Sourcing

• Source alternative materials to increase localization of Vietnam market: packaging, chemical, epoxy, Teflon…materials.
• Analyse, breakdown and select the appropriate suppliers of commodities.
• Negotiate to meet the global KPI of procurement cost saving.
• Audit/visit suppliers to ensure their capabilities to meet our specification/requirements.

2. Purchasing

• Ensure the procurement material, commodities, and services are on track and on time as requested.
• Quotation, purchase requisitions and orders are sent to supplier in timely manner.
• No shortage materials, consumable tooling/spare part due to purchasing.
• All the non-conforming products are solved within the month and manage their performance.
• Backlog reports are updated and available, any changes on delivery must inform to requesters.
• Ensure the vendor delivery on time, especially for projects transfer.
• Ensure all the chemical/special materials are import in compliance with Legal laws.
• Ensure used equipment are checked and imported properly.
• Ensure all the documents are passed to finance team on time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Technical background: Engineering Degree, Chemical is preferred
• A minimum 2 years related experiences in Purchasing in a Manufacturing Setting.
• Working knowledge in ERP, Microsoft office Excel, MS Words, Power point, Power BI practices or knowledge is a plus.
