- Địa điểm làm việc: Lâm Đồng
- Provides administrative assistance for a variety of purchasing tasks: prepares and distributes contracts, prepares well-defined reports, and resolves supplier invoice problems. Interacts with suppliers on a regular basis.
- Daily contact with suppliers to monitor (all of purchase documents, delivery ...) and preparation and inbounding of purchase orders and tracking through delivery.
- Reviews and submits contracts to purchasers and the Management for approval.
- Coordinates with the accounting department for payment, coordinate with peers/colleagues to find innovative solution on how to improve collaboration and overall service to suppliers to enhance company's profitability as well
- Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports and any quick report as required. Providing purchase, data to purchase manager (when needed), Provide prompt supports purchase Manager based in other sites to assist them complete assigned the purchase tasks
- Monthly reconciliation of inventory, Making the recap of coffee payments (paid & payable) and provide to controllers every month (at the first week of next month)
- Coordinate with SMS team to follow up the certified coffee document and Certified system
- Ad-hoc assignments as and when required (monthly data: Export, inventory, market...)
- Assist administration tasks as and when required such as: Office supplies: stationery; prepare, manages, office administration budget (e.g. water, stationery, purchase request for operating, furniture........) Input all travel arrangement and check for payment, report monthly
- 1+ year in office administration
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good in English;
- Proactive and self-starter. Teamwork; flexible work schedule, customer focus
- Proficiency in MS software (Words/Excel and PowerPoint)
- Insurance based on Labor Law
- Heath check annually
- 13 days off, etc
