Sampling, testing and reporting microbiology and physical chemistry sensory tests.
Maintaining and calibrating laboratory, production on line and off line equipment/instrument to provide accurate reading results.
Doing QID, spot check, and warehouse audit (sampling, testing and reporting) to evaluate and give recommendations for Technologists, Controllers and Commercial Managers.
Participating in TPM activities in the laboratory including 5S

University graduate in Food processing/Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Food Chemical Industries
Preferably laboratory experience (food industry).
Knowledge in quality control system
Office computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)
