Operations
• Responsible for daily data processing in the area in charge
• Update daily goods receipts from related manufacturing departments through Oracle or Excel to ensure all the goods are updated onto the system within the same day.
• Report daily goods issues and receipt.
• Archive necessary documents at the area in charge for daily check and follow-up of related departments.
• Be responsible for and strictly follow department and company's rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with related departments (Shipping, Customer Services, Production Planning, etc.) to solve arising issues.
• Promptly report unusual problems to Team Leader or higher management for appropriate solutions.
• Support cycle count mid and end of year.
• Fulfill administrative duties of department, e.g: stationery, car arrangement, etc.
• Support Shipping department on key in system.
• Make report on daily inventory.
Safety and environment:
• Comply with the safety and environment policy; understand and adhere to the safety and hygiene standards in the working area.
• Practice 5S methodology at the work place.
• Implement ""Near Miss"" in accordance with the requirements on industrial hygiene and safety standards within the factory zone.• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years previous experience required.
• Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness.
• Skilled in anticipating and troubleshooting problems.
• Skilled in working independently in a safe and timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal, written, oral, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Possesses solid mathematical aptitude, attention to detail and logical problem solving skills.
• Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills required.
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software.
