About the role
We are searching for a Sales Director for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) sector in Hanoi area.
Furthermore, the Sales Director will need to use his/her leadership and sales experience to manage the sales process, mentor other team-members and help the team achieve financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the assigned revenue and budget
- Be responsible for sales plan and strategy based on assigned KPI and other expectation from business and management team.
- Be responsible for sales pipeline, including leads assigned and new leads generated.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective sales strategy
- Be passionate and have proven achievements in Banking Financial Services, Insurance enterprise with solutions and services selling experience.
- Identify and prioritize the size of all significant opportunities in the territory by assessing customer requirements, budget, timeline and authority and consult them about VNG offerings, and manage their needs and expectations.
- Leverage connection and relationships within the BFSI market to build a quality pipeline of customers for the BFSI segment.
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, healthy collaboration, and accountability.
Requirement:
- Possess Bachelor or Master degree in Business/Finance/Marketing or in related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as B2B Sales Manager/ Sales Director in the Telecommunication, Technology, AI industry with focus on BFSI sector.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at BFSI companies.
- Mature, down-to-earth and humble
- Excellent verbal & written communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Stay updated with technology trends and the BFSI transformation landscape, both in Vietnam and worldwide
