- Green building consultancy
To manage entire Green Building certification process including project registration with the certification body, documentation gathering and submittal process.
This includes liaising closely with all the relevant stakeholders through the value chain from planning/design to construction and operation, such as the design, project and construction team.
Your role is to gather design feedback, construction processes and drawings to support the gap analysis and the development of a scoring strategy for the relevant certification. As part of this process, you will need to conduct on-site workshops, briefings and data gathering exercises, so as to lead up to regular progress reporting to the end client and be on target to achieve the desired certification.
Creating a sustainable construction strategy that includes the following:
• Construction Demolition and Waste Management Planning and Management
• Building Product Disclosure and Optimization
• Construction Activity Pollution Prevention
• Construction Indoor Air Quality Management
• Commissioning Activity
• Air testing requirement compliance
• Procurement items compliant with criteria

You will be supported by a strong local team in Vietnam and also the expertise from the South East Asia team.

- Business Development
You will also support business development activities in your market to identify new opportunities in sustainability services for the real estate and gain visibility, exposure to the regional market through being part of a wider ecosystem.
