Mô tả Công việc
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on industry trends, competitive forces, market dynamics, and best practices to inform business strategies.
- Spearhead the development of the companys corporate strategy, collaborating with senior management to set strategic priorities and identify key growth opportunities.
- Provide high-level strategic counsel to senior leaders on critical business decisions, such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Design and execute strategic initiatives, including market entry plans, business development strategies, and investment decisions to drive organizational growth and meet corporate objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Track and assess the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying risks and recommending adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and updates on the progress of strategic initiatives
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a multinational company (MNC).
- A background in investment banking, management consulting, auditing, or a Big4 firms is highly preferred.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
