• Bowker Vietnam, a member of the Win Hanveky Group (Hong Kong), specializes in the development and production of adidas Football products. With 120 production lines and a workforce of 6,000 employees, Bowker Vietnam is proud to be a Tier One factory for adidas.
• The Win Hanverky Group operates three factories in Vietnam, alongside additional facilities in Hong Kong, China, and Cambodia.

Purpose of Job:

• Responsible for managing the lean department to improve and enhance operational performance: process standardization, process improvement, process & system development, 6S implementation, lean ability culture improvement and implement lean Maturity Assessment requirement (LMA 2.0)

Key accountabilities:

• Responsible for follow up daily/weekly/monthly lean Maturity Assessment Implementation (lMA 2.0)
• Follow up production system & operations to standardize manufacturing process
• Deploy and supervise 6S implementation to team members and other departments
• Arrange, supervise work/or team members, train and develop team members
• Other tasks are assigned by intermediate superior
