About The Role

What You’ll Do

Design and Branding Excellence

• Create captivating visuals for social media, email campaigns, advertising materials, and seasonal/recruitment posts.
• Craft professional slides and templates for sales decks, deal team decks, company profiles, and internal/external presentations.
• Design structured, audience-friendly layouts for case studies, whitepapers, and reports.
• Design visual assets for events (webinars, offline events, exhibition, etc), such as banners, flyers, standees, etc.
  
  

Collaborate and Innovate

• Partner with senior leadership to create impactful design templates and materials across departments.
• Propose bold ideas aligned with the Brand Innovate strategy while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably within AI, Fintech, RegTech, or similar industries.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal - English is our corporate language.
• A strong portfolio showcasing B2B-focused design projects.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva or similar tools.
• Quickly align with Nexus’s branding style while bringing fresh, creative ideas.
• Deliver high-quality work independently and in collaborative settings.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
• A strong eye for innovative, effective design while ensuring functionality and storytelling.Ability to design with the viewer in mind—ensuring clarity, logic, and strong communication.
• A foundational understanding of UI/UX principles (such as layout flow, information hierarchy, and readability) is appreciated but not a must.
• Strong attention to layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy—precision matters.
• You care about typography, alignment and the design details.
