· Manage and coordinate the accounting activities of Citics Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including consolidated financial statements for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
· Plan and manage budgets closely, monitor cash flow, and conduct necessary financial analysis.
· Be a partner with other departments to forecast and manage finances while optimizing costs.
· Ensure tax compliance, prepare and submit tax reports, and interact with tax authorities as necessary.
· Collaborate closely with the technology department to optimize accounting processes through digitalization.
· Train and develop the skills of accounting staff to enhance flexibility and adaptability in a startup environment.
· Prepare documentation and provide financial analysis to the leadership team, supporting strategic decisions and business planning.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
· At least 4 - 5 years of experience in accounting, including 2 years in a managerial position, preferably with experience in startups or technology companies.
· Experience in preparing consolidated reports for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
· Proficiency in using accounting systems and technology software.
· Strong financial analysis skills and sharp strategic thinking.
· Clear and persuasive communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible, and adapt to innovation in a startup environment.
· Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) is an advantage.
