Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at TSARSI in Ho Chi Minh City. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring accurate and competitive bids. The role also involves reviewing blueprints and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Project Management skills
• Have skills in using Bluebeam or similar takeoff software such as Planswift, ProEst...
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and Architectural drawings (Commercial Building)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs
• Experience in the construction or related industry
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
