· Develop a high profile for the Business Unit within the specification community to facilitate the incorporation of Rawlplug products into drawing.
· Recommend and have approved Rawlplug alternative where existing specifications mention competitors' products.
· Provide jobsite tests or products demonstration/presentation where required.
· Support with the necessary presentation and calculation work by using Rawlplug software: EasyFix.
· Answer technical requests generated by the Sales force and customer as required.
· Maintain data (drawing of specification, proof of equivalent. etc) with key engineers, architects, and specifiers.
· Provide adequate training for the sales force.
· Build Rawlplug's solution systems for the Vietnamese market.
· Analyse and compare competitors' products and solutions.
· Update and translate new documents for Vietnam market.
· Research market trends and products from developed countries, make recommendations for the Vietnamese market.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
· Intermediate skills required in all Microsoft applications.
· Proficiency in software in the construction industry is an advantage.
· Bachelor's degree in civil Engineer or equivalent.
· Min two years' experience in the Construction field.
· English skill: Fluently spoken and written English.
Physical Requirements
· On occasion, enters or works in an area where hearing protection, safety glasses and hi-visibility gear is required.
· Will be required to visit customers & building sites regularly.
· Climb up onto high structures from time to time.
· Provide product demonstrations.
· Operate a computer keyboard.
· Drive a motor vehicle daily.
· Extensive travel in Bangkok but also nationwide.
