Own Day-to-Day production operation: 

• Maintain daily production schedules and team task lists, assigning tasks and prioritizing workloads to keep the team on track.
• Monitor progress against timelines, deliverables, and team capacity.
• Run weekly or daily check-ins to align on workflow and shifting priorities.

Collaborate across teams: 

• Work closely with Project Managers, other GPMs, and clients to align timelines and nail deliverables.
• Jump into sparring sessions with stakeholders and the team to brainstorm and refine bold ideas.
• Monitor multiple projects, deliver clear updates to stakeholders and flag or escalate blockers to keep momentum intact

Ensure production quality delivered:

• Review layouts and artwork for brand consistency and visual polish, delivering print-ready files, 
• Support the team, guide team members through task briefings and debriefings, offering mentorship and encouragement.

• BA/ BS in Graphic Design/ Art/ Multimedia/ Printing
• At least 6+ years of experience in Graphic Design/Art/Printing including at least 3 years of experience in managing printed marketing materials for international brands.
• In-depth understanding and frequent use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Experience working with MAC platform.
• Excellent skill of English communication, both in verbal and written.
• Excellent planning and organizational skill - meticulous attention to detail and timely execution.
• Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills. Persuasive presenting to
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Proven experience managing multiple design projects and rolling out team tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage priorities under pressure.
• Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team.
