Job Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Enter transactions into the accounting system and ensure all entries are properly documented.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Support the processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
General Ledger Support: Assist in maintaining and reconciling the general ledger. Ensure all entries are accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Tax Compliance: Support the preparation and filing of tax returns in compliance with local tax regulations.
Internal Controls: Help implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the retail sector.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
