Mô tả Công việc

1. Receive orders from Export Sales Team, LC via VNIO group mail, Forward orders to factory-related departments. Check all information in order (ask Sale if any things not clear). Request NTH create new customer account in AX. Then create Sales order on AX.

2. Follow with PM to update RM of order via overview export file. Check again with PM if RM are not OK.

3. Follow production planning with PD to ship on time. Check again if schedule is late compared delivery requested.

4. Confirm collection date to sale team ( For order Lanka and order with radiation – Check again with IE to confirm readiness date). Check booking with IE to inform vessel under CFR term.

5. Follow up orders, coordinate related departments (Procurement, Production, Import Export , Warehouse , QC, INC, PC) to work with sale when having any issue.

6. Follow Weekly Export plan.

7. Check produced quantities of each order, take confirmation from Sales, then confirm to WH for sending PKL and record order on AX.

8. Follow up confirmed orders until finishing delivery.

9. Connect with WH and KNM to send pre-shipment sample as requested by Sales Team per order

10. Coordinate with related departments to support, reply to Export Sales Teams when needed.

11. Follow up the reply of complaints from Factory to Export Sales Teams (if any).

12. Do report order weekly on Friday.

13. Complete other works follow as assigned by Sales Support Manager.

14. Strictly follow working time and all Company regulations.

• Have experience 2 years in Sales support for export (receive and handle sales export orders from Export Sales team)
• Strong English comminication
• Ability Independent working
• Work carefully and meticulously
• Good coordination/Team work
