Main Responsibilities
SEO (60%)
- Ensure SEO optimisation to run the website smoothly to get more traffic and visitors.
- Execute backlink and keyword strategies to improve website domain authority and keyword ranking; research new keywords.
- Research and analyse our main competitors’ activities on their websites.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and schedule engaging content for targeted audiences.
- Schedule weekly postings on the website with optimisation and do the SEO audit.
- Manage leads from SEO and follow up with the Sales team until appoinments go.
- Weekly report to the Marketing Leader in the SEO marketing room.

Event (40%)
- Coordinate with Singaporean organisations to attend events (exhibitions, partnerships).
- Search event information (cost, address, date, rebate, etc.) and provide the Sales team with advice and approval.
- Manage event documents (contracts, sales kits, floorplans, registration forms, passes, etc.) and send them to organisers before the deadline.
- Liaise with the Marketing team to design event newsletters, social media and website posts and schedule blasting dates.
- Research and work with outsource vendors if needed.
- Make payments on the Synergix system and coordinate with admin to proceed on time.
- Generate Skype rooms and follow-up leads from events with the Sales team.
