Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant at Karma Group Global in Hoi an, near Đà Nang. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, consulting with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing strong communication skills to drive sales and build relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
