Job Description
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and objectives and provide HR guidance and support to achieve them
- Develop and implement Human Resources initiatives that align with the organization goals and values
- Provide Human Resources expertise and support to stakeholders and employees on a variety of HR-related issues such as headcount planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation
- Participate in the development and execution of Human Resources programs and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives
- Analyze Human Resources metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to maximize organization capability.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and effective implementation of Human Resources programs and practices
- Partner with managers to develop and execute people plan for key talents and for the whole team
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Handle projects, ad-hoc assignments from upper management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on business partnering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for action
- Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources best practices and local labor laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute Human Resources projects from start to finish
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
