About the job Business Development Manager

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions
• Exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers
• Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals
• Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms
• Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission
• Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes
• Manage a small team of Business Developers, driving performance and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a strong network in Logistics & Transportation (Bike-hailing, FMCG, Healthcare - Medical Device, etc.) or the Automotive industry.
• Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline, navigating through the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Experienced in managing a sales team is a plus 
• Fluent English communication.
• Willingness to work in field locations as required.
• Possession of a valid drivers license is a plus
