Introduction

We are seeking one receptionist responsible for providing visitor, secretarial, and administrative support.

Responsibility

• Welcome visitors and candidates by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answer or refer inquiries;
• Assist or direct visitors and candidates by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions;
• Maintain security by following procedures;
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls;
• Assist the management and other staff as requested;
• Replenish necessary items such as noodles, drinks, and medicine daily;
• Perform daily checks in the office to ensure smooth operation;
• Support the GA team with other related duties as requested.

• Able to speak and write in English;
• Excellent and effective communication skills;
• Knowledge of email, MS Office;
• Responsible, trustworthy, careful and organized;
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented and supportive attitude;
