To become an E-commerce company providing robust technology platforms for merchants and the Cross-Border E-commerce ecosystem, TMZ is introducing technology products – Software As A Service with many interesting highlights and potential for global merchants worldwide.

To achieve this goal, TMZ is seeking a Senior Marketing professional with the mission of bringing TMZ’s SaaS products closer to potential customers and thereby making breakthroughs in business efficiency, with the following specific job description:

I. DESCRIPTION

• Market research, and analysis target customers and competitors to determine each stage’s appropriate marketing direction
• Define and implement marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives, including Growth & Inbound marketing activities and Brand & Communications activities (PR, community, partnership)
• Plan and execute for strategic presence at events and conferences in order to help sales channel achieve the highest ROI
• Directly create content strategies and directly deploy community buildings: Social Channel, Group community,….
• Conducting reports and analyses across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test-and-learn approach and reporting to the leader/ manager
• Identify opportunities to maximize customer lifetime values, retention, and referrals
• Coordinate with internal product teams, design, and customer success & optimize the working process to make sure that everyone’s on the same page

II. REQUIREMENT

• Proven experience in Senior Marketing or similar roles in a fast-paced company (prefer technology company) with at least 3 years experience
• Have a clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing rollout for new campaigns especially partnership marketing/trade marketing/branding/community.
• Data-driven and results-focused. Love dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data — tracking, measuring, and evaluating outcomes of the campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset – anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.
• Customer Oriented; Adaptable, creative, and self-starting
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
